Privacy Policy
Last updated 5 October 2026
This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit cocreators.club or book a Freedom Audit. Cocreators is run by Ashley Ryan. If you have a question about anything here, email ash@cocreators.club.
What this site collects
This website has no contact forms, no accounts and no newsletter signup. It does not ask you for personal information, and nothing you do on the page itself is stored by us.
Booking a Freedom Audit
The booking button takes you to Google Appointment Schedules, which is a Google service. When you book, you give Google your name, your email address and anything else you type into that form, and Google passes it to Ashley so she can meet you. That booking is handled under Google’s privacy terms as well as this policy. We use what you provide to contact you about your call and to prepare for it. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone else.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted by Netlify. Like virtually all web hosts, Netlify records standard technical information when a page is served, which can include your IP address, your browser type and the page you requested. This is used to deliver the site and to keep it secure.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
This site is advertised on paid channels, and to measure whether that advertising works we use cookies, pixels, tags and similar technologies supplied by advertising and analytics platforms. The ones that may be active on this site are Meta’s pixel (Facebook and Instagram) and Google’s analytics and advertising tags. Which of them are running at any given moment depends on which campaigns are live.
Where these are active, they record events such as the pages you viewed, when you arrived, roughly where you came from, and whether you clicked through to book a call. That information goes to the platform concerned, which uses it to report on how an ad performed, to improve who the ads are shown to, and in some cases to show you Cocreators ads again elsewhere. These platforms set their own cookies and are independently responsible for how they handle what they collect. Their practices are covered by Meta’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.
None of this requires you to give us your name or email. It is about measuring advertising, not identifying you personally to us.
You can limit it. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings, and both platforms let you control ad personalisation directly — through Meta ad preferences and Google My Ad Center. Blocking them does not stop the site working.
Because these are international services, information collected this way may be processed outside the country you live in, including in the United States.
Keeping your information
Booking information is kept for as long as needed to hold the conversation and any work that follows from it. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time.
Your choices
You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email ash@cocreators.club and it will be handled. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA.
Children
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
